These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Slofi, a personal finance application operated by us. By creating an account or using Slofi, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
Slofi helps you record transactions, maintain a balance sheet, view analysis charts, and import or export CSV data. Features may change over time; we may add, modify, or remove functionality.
Slofi is not a bank, broker, tax advisor, or investment adviser. Figures and charts are for your personal reference only.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may sign in with Google or email and password. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
Subscriptions and Billing
Slofi may offer free and paid plans. When paid subscriptions launch, pricing and billing terms will be shown at checkout. Until then, Premium features described on our website may not be available for purchase.
Lifetime access is granted only by us for specific internal or promotional accounts and is not offered for public sale unless explicitly stated.
Your Data
You retain ownership of the financial data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to provide the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you import or enter. Back up important records using export where available.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse Slofi: no unauthorized access, scraping at scale, malware, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
Disclaimer
Slofi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of Slofi.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
